What is cacay oil?
Cacay oil comes from Amazona in Colombia and is a pure oil that is cold-pressed from the nuts of the wild Cacay tree.
Cacay oil is quite a young oil - at least here in the West - where it has only been available for a few years.
The popularity of Cacay oil is undeniable. It has quickly become popular for its anti-ageing properties. With a naturally high content of both A- and With Vitamin E to help reduce wrinkles, increase collagen production and regenerate the skin, it is an exceptional facial oil for ageing and wrinkled skin.
Perhaps the world's best anti-ageing oil - All natural and 100% pure and free from artificial preservatives. Removes wrinkles and fine lines without greasiness. Absorbs quickly.

The story behind cacay oil
Cacay oil is a light, dry oil that absorbs quickly without being sticky or oily skin. Vegan-friendly, gluten-free and non-irritating, it's ideal for all skin types and can be used on the face, body, hair and nails.
Cacay is wild harvested, so is sustainable and traded fairly and directly from Colombian farmers, supporting hundreds of families and providing a reliable source of local income.
Nothing goes to waste during the extraction process, as the remains of the pressed Cacay nutshells are used to make food flour or nut milk and the inner shell is used as cattle feed or fertiliser.
This pure oil has a light, nutty scent that disappears quickly after application, as well as a long-lasting durability with no added ingredients thanks to its natural preservative properties.
What is cacay oil good for?
Cacay oil improves skin tone, softens the skin, reduces signs of ageing such as wrinkles and sun spots, and even prevents further damage.
This nutrient-rich oil has three times more vitamin A (Retinol) than rosehip seed oil, as well as a higher vitamin E content than argan oil. It is safe to use in the sun and works well under makeup, where it acts as a nourishing primer.
Although it may seem expensive, each bottle actually contains more than 200 drops and will last for over two months!
Vitamin A (Retinol) acts as an anti-oxidant that helps to activate the skin's natural renewal process and rebuild/restore skin tissue, visibly reducing the appearance of wrinkles while leaving skin looking and feeling smooth.
The vitamin E in the oil helps repair, protect and replenish moisture levels in the skin.
Linoleic acid is a polyunsaturated omega-6 fatty acid and one of the primary essential components that make up the protective outer membrane of healthy skin cells.
It is also an important fatty acid that the body cannot synthesise/produce on its own, so it must be obtained from absorption through the skin and/or from dietary sources. Cacay oil is packed with linoleic acid.
What can cacay oil be used for?
Since cacay oil is so rich in skin-nourishing vitamins and essential fatty acids, it's no surprise that cacay oil is today considered the reigning champion of natural, organic, anti-ageing skincare products.
Our cacay oil is 100% pure. Simply massage a drop or two onto wrinkles and fine lines around the cheeks, eyes, forehead and other problem areas and you'll quickly see and feel a drastic improvement in your skin - typically within 2-3 weeks.
Cacay oil is also useful for helping to reduce scars and stretch marks due to its remarkable skin regenerating properties.
Simply apply a drop or two to the affected area where unwanted spots reside. Massage the oil in as part of your daily skincare routine. They may not disappear completely, but scars should fade to that point considerably.
Why choose cacay oil?
Even if blemishes and scars aren't an issue for you, cacay oil can still be added to your daily skincare routine. Simply mix a drop or two with your daily moisturiser to give your face an extra shot of vitamins and essential fatty acids.
You can also mix a few drops of the oil with your natural shampoo or conditioner to nourish your scalp and add volume to your hairto create the natural look of healthy, shiny hair.
